Memberships
What's the difference between Standard and Premium memberships?
Standard Membership: Unlimited downloads from our Standard catalog for personal use only. Files include our logo.
Premium Membership: Commercial use rights, logo-free files, and early access to new designs (1 month before everyone else).
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my downloaded files if I cancel?
Standard files: You keep all files you've downloaded. Download links remain active as long as our service is available.
Premium files: You can only use Premium files (logo-free, commercial license) while your Premium membership is active. If you cancel, you must stop using Premium files for commercial purposes. Free re-downloads are only available to active Premium members.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Premium?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime. Contact us and we'll help you switch plans.
Downloads & Files
What file formats do you provide?
All designs are provided as STL files, ready for 3D printing.
How do I download my files?
After subscribing, browse our catalog and click "Add to cart" on any design. Complete checkout (it's free for members!) and you'll receive download links immediately.
How many times can I download my files?
Standard & Single Purchase: Unlimited downloads while your membership is active and our service remains available. We recommend saving files to your computer or cloud storage as a backup.
Premium Membership: Up to 10 downloads per file. This limit exists to protect the integrity of our commercial licenses and ensure files are used responsibly. If you reach the limit, simply re-add the file to your cart and check out for free — it's included in your active membership!
Do files work with my 3D printer?
Our STL files work with any 3D printer. You may need to scale or adjust settings in your slicer software based on your printer and preferences.
Licenses
Can I sell prints made from Standard membership files?
No. Standard membership files are for personal use only and include our logo. For commercial use, you need a Premium membership.
What does "commercial use" mean?
Commercial use means you can sell physical prints made from our files. This includes selling on Etsy, at markets, or to clients.

Billing
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed monthly. You'll be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and payment methods through Shopify's secure checkout.
