Digital Products - No Refunds

All sales of digital products (STL files) are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. By purchasing or downloading our digital files, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Membership Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly membership subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Files downloaded during your membership remain yours (Standard license only)
  • Premium commercial license rights expire when your Premium membership ends

Exceptions

We may offer refunds or credits in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If you are unable to download files due to a technical problem on our end, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a system error
  • File quality issues: If a file is corrupted or significantly different from what was advertised

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with details of the issue.

EU Consumer Rights

By purchasing digital content from camadahome, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of digital files and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) once the download has begun.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account will be suspended and you will lose access to all downloads and membership benefits.
